Racing career: Started racing at the age 6 in karts spent 7 years there learning the highs and lows of motorsport. At age 12 I started in Formula First becoming the youngest female in the world to be competing in a national open wheel race car, also gaining two podium finishes in her first year. 2nd year became runner up NZ champ, Christina has competed aggressively in Formula Fords gaining an overall third for the championship and winning the rookie of the series title after 3 long years there. She also competed very successfully in Formula Toyota, New Zealand’s premier open wheel race category becoming the first female to have podium finishes in this class. In 2008 Christina flew to the USA to compete in the last three rounds of their Indy Lights Series which was a great experience and chance to learn new skills. 2009 Christina competed in the 12 hour endurance race at Bathurst Track in Australia finishing 2nd in her class. She also competed there in 2007 for Holden racing team but the car stopped with a blown turbo 6hrs in. Currently I’m racing in the nzv8s our first year 2009 -2010 had highs and lows only finishing 22nd in the championship , this year 2010-2011 I only did the north island due to money problems ..

Biggest crash: I've had so many in my time but I guess the one that still stands out would have been in karts when I was 7 years old when I got rolled big time throw no fault of my own it hurt man did it hurt ..
Most memorable racing moment: manfeild 2001 in formula first coming 2nd by only 0001 sec and getting a standing ovation from 50,000 people was pretty cool
How do you feel being the only female in the NZV8s? Lonely and special
Future goals: I really want to keep racing next year and one day I would love to be able to drive a supercar over in Aussie so fingers crossed PLEASE
